Tales of Tails and Whiskers: How Animal Love and Booze Collide on The Jersey PodCats with Sid Chand

Danielle and Elizabeth jumped right in to the conversation with Sid Chand, founder of Booze For Paws https://boozeforpaws.org and a cat and general animal lover. Sid's story is brilliant and unusual! Listen to how he chose a booming market in which to start a business that would donate 100% of its profits to helping animals. Danielle revealed how many cat pics she has on her phone, it's a wonder she can use it for anything else!  And, like most of us who like cats, Sid talked about one leading to another and his latest addition. He was celebrating spring, also known as kitten season! Even though he and his wife Christy only have one dog in a house with a number of cats, Freddie holds his own. Hopefully the new kitten will adore Freddy, cats and dogs can get along... Danielle gave a shout out to Christy's company, Spex Eyewear, who provided her latest pair of glasses, which she just loves. Chand went on to describe how he grew into his love of animals, which started with a Great Dane. Of course he evolved to adopting cats, it's just natural, don't you think? Sid's best quote: "You can't have cats in your life and think that you're gonna have any degree of normalcy to people who don't have cats in their life." We agree 100%.
